Estonia, Luxembourg, Montenegro, Malta, Iceland. If you are unsure whether we ship to
your country, please contact our customer support before placing an order.

Free shipping on orders over €150. A flat rate of €25 applies to orders below this amount.

Return Policy
1. 14-Day Return Window (EU Consumer Rights)
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving any
reason, in accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (also applies to non-EU
Member States). To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receipt via e-mail support@tututis.lt
Disputes arising from the return of goods are dealt with in accordance with EU and
Lithuanian law.
2. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 30 days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-
refundable unless the item was received damaged or faulty.
4. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.Provide photos of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve the issue as soon as
possible — either through a replacement, repair, or refund.
